Mr. Chandan M.C. is the founder trustee and is the current President and Executive Director of the organization. As an active social activist he holds the full-time responsibility of planning, managing, implementing and monitoring of all the programmes undertaken by organization. A young and energetic social activist aged about 28 yrs is committed professionally to work on anti-corruption & human rights issues. He is constantly questioning and challenging practices that violate people’s rights or approaches that force people to be subjugated and discriminated.

Mr. Sunil P. is the founder trustee and current Secretary and Treasurer.  He is also Chief Operation Officer of the organization. As a young active social worker aged about 26 years,he strongly opposes all forms of unfair practices and keenly challenges corruption in any form.  He believes that corruption should not be understood as a “necessary evil” as this is just a complacent view and this will not work in favor of building a nation worthy of our beliefs and glorious civilization.

Mr.Arun Kumar A. is the trustee and current Honorary President of the organization. He is a commercial businessman concerned about the plight of children in difficult circumstances.  He is also a man with many innovative ideas on how common people can support causes to change the society to a better place.  He is an active supporter and advices on all programs undertaken by the organization. Through his professional work, he continues to establish links between the corporate and the NGO thus being instrumental in widening corporate social responsibility work.

Mr. Pavan M.C. is the trustee and current Vice-President of the organization. An Engineer by profession, he is dedicated towards sharing his profession for the true development of villages and people. He believes that empowerment of people is the way towards a more sustainable and just society.

Mrs.Ambuja Prakash is the trustee of the organization. She has a long-standing experience in extending and encouraging women and adolescent girls within her community. She is deeply involved in women empowerment programmes of the organization. During the last ten years she has been actively associated with training, education and development programmes for women.

Mrs.Brinda Adige is the Mentor of the organization. Her extensive experiences and her strength to motivate and inspire people have seen some very challenging and pioneering projects. She has several first to her credit including the initiation of the “Makkala Sahaya Vani-1098 the country’s first police-civil society helpline” this has hence set several precedents, publishing of modules and on-the job training of police on women & child rights and ushering in a challenging task for police to be people friendly are just some of her achievements. She is passionate about good governance, gender equality, decision making by the people and people’s right to justice.
